The spacious superior twin room was perfect for our family, complete with a washing machine and a heated dryer in the bathroom. The location was convenient, close to public transport and beautiful landmarks like the Kumamoto Castle and the Art Museum. While breakfast options were limited, we enjoyed relaxing on the sun terrace after a busy day exploring. a wonderful experience!

location: the hotel was very close to kumamoto station and the kumamoto castle area, and the mountains. i checked out the entrance town centre, that was set a 10-15 minute walk from the property. the room was reasonably spacious and fancy with big bed when i arrived. there were a microwave and a washing machine, truly enjoyed it.

we recently stayed at a wonderful place called fav. checking in was a breeze, thanks to the friendly staff who spoke great english. our room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of five, featuring two king-size beds and an extra futon. we appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine for convenience. the location was also great, with a lovely coffee shop just a short walk away and the sights within reach.
Some strange smells in the bathroom area 🤔.

A comfortable way to end my trip. Stylish, clean venue with favourable location next to Kumamoto station and the Kumamoto castle area as well as department store. The staff - accommodating and helpful. Smooth check-in, parking onsite. Everything brand-new.

The room featured a spacious, oversized bed, allowing me to sink into comfort each night, making for restful slumber and rejuvenation.
I did notice that the Wi-Fi connection was occasionally unstable, which hindered my ability to stay connected. This minor inconvenience did not overshadow my overall enjoyable experience.

I gotta say, the rooms here are super spacious and comfy, perfect for a relaxing stay! The location's pretty convenient too, with a kombini just around the corner and easy access to tram lines. Plus, I loved having a washing machine in the room-super handy for a longer trip!
The walk to restaurants took forever, about 10-12 minutes if you don’t want convenience store food. And can we talk about how rude it was for the staff to kick us out of the lobby just after buying doughnuts? Seriously, not cool!

The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and we loved the kitchenette and washing machine. It felt cozy, though the AC could be better. Friendly staff and a quiet location were huge pluses, but just a bit far from shops. A wonderful stay!

Spacious Beautiful Studio with a modern design and a useful kitchenette. A pleasant feature was the big room layout, allowing plenty of space for luggage.
Parking at the hotel is quite limited and pricy, though there are cheaper options nearby. WiFi service was poor, and there's no housekeeping for short stays-rubbish needs to be left near the door for collection. The washing machine lacks a dryer function and there aren't enough hangers provided for clothing.

The Wi-Fi here was a nightmare-constantly dropping out, and when it did connect, nothing loaded. I ended up frustrated just trying to check my emails. For a hotel, decent internet should be a given!

The location was great, just a short walk to the castle, and the staff were responsive, quickly switching us to a better room when we pointed out an issue.
Food for breakfast could include more variety and options.
